The Challenge

Grain, a fintech company innovating in embedded finance, needed to build its brand, digital presence, and go-to-market engine from the ground up. In its early days, Grain required a full marketing foundation — strategy, execution, positioning, and growth, but as the company matured and shifted its focus toward product development, maintaining an in-house marketing team became resource-heavy and misaligned with its evolving needs.

Our Role

Nora began as Grain’s first marketing employee, setting the brand foundation and leading the creation of its full marketing operation.
